Nuveb Content Guidelines

These Content Guidelines ("Guidelines") shall be applicable to and binding on any individuals or entities ("you", "your") who upload any Content and/or Information to the Nuveb Platform for consumption and viewing by the Nuveb end-user.

Creators must comply with these Guidelines in addition to the Nuveb Terms of Use , Nuveb Privacy Policy , the Content Marketplace Agreement and any other terms and conditions applicable on the Nuveb Platform, Site or Services (collectively "the Nuveb Terms"). The requirements under Nuveb Terms are mandatory and your failure to follow the same, especially these Guidelines, may result in your account with us or your access to the Nuveb Platform being suspended. To the extent there is a conflict between these Guidelines and the Nuveb Terms, the terms of these Guidelines shall prevail. Any capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in these Guidelines shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Nuveb Terms, as applicable.

I. Content Guidelines

You must not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information, content or material that:

i. belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right over;

ii. is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;

iii. is sensitive financial information of any third-party or confidential in nature;

iv. is graphic in nature or contains legally objectionable material;

v. is harmful to children;

vi. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;

vii. violates any law for the time being in force;

viii. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;

ix. impersonates another person;

x. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation;

xi. contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;

xii. is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial or political gain or to cause any injury to any person;

This is not an exhaustive list of applicable guidelines. These guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Nuveb Terms and all other applicable laws in India.

II. Termination & Suspension on Violation

Nuveb reserves the absolute right to terminate and/ or suspend your account, including your access to the Nuveb Site or Platform, in the event of any violation of these Guidelines . Any such termination or suspension shall be in accordance with the Copyright Infringement provisions specified in the Content Marketplace Agreement or End-User Agreement , as applicable.

Nuveb shall take further steps to remove any Content and/or Information that is not compliant with these Guidelines and the Nuveb Terms, in accordance with the Takedown provisions specified in the Content Marketplace Agreement or End-User Agreement , as applicable.
